Are there any conditions or parts of the body you do not treat?
We do not treat head and rib injuries. We do not treat conditions such as flat feet, pigeon toe, or polio.
How long will it take to schedule an appointment?
We offer same/next day appointments.
How long is the actual office wait time?
Patients can expect the wait time to be anywhere from 1 to 1 ½ hrs. Some patients come in that require more time and services that initially anticipated.
Do I need a referral?
Once an appointment has been established, you will be then routed to our Pre-Registration Department who will verify your benefit level, deductibles, out-of-pocket percentages, co-pay amounts and also ask about a referral. It is however, your responsibility to do the same with your insurance company. We will file your insurance claim as a courtesy to you.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring your current insurance card and any referrals required by your insurance carrier. Also, bring a list of current medications and any MRI's, X-rays or any other testing results that have been done related to your appointment with us.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Loose comfortable clothing is most appropriate. All knee patients are encouraged to wear shorts or clothing that rises above the knee cap. Shoulder patients will be put in a gown if an injection is required.

If I require surgery, where will it be done?
Dr. Stack performs his surgeries at Memorial Medical Center, Mountain View Regional Medical Center and Las Cruces Surgical Center. Dr. McGuire performs his surgeries at Memorial Medical Center and Mountain View Regional Medical Center. Dr. Lindsey performs surgery at Mountain View Regional Medical Center and Las Cruces Surgical Center.
